IEC 60331-11/-21-23-25
Circuit integrity test at 750 degrees for a minimum
period of 90 minutes. The pass criteria involve
maintaining circuit integrity, with no occurrence of
short circuits or breakages.
EN 50200
A circuit integrity test is conducted at 830 degrees with
mechanical shock every 5 minutes.
PH30: 30-minute test
PH60: 60-minute test
PH90: 90-minute test
PH120: 120-minute test
EN 50200 Annex E: This test is carried out, followed by
an 850-degree flame for 15 minutes with fire and
mechanical impact, followed by another 15 minutes with
mechanical impact and water spray.
BS 6387 CWZ
Tests are conducted under different scenarios to
evaluate the cable's performance.
Category C Test: The cable is exposed to fire for 3
hours at a flame temperature of 950 degrees.
Category W Test: The cable is exposed to fire with
water spray, involving 15 minutes of fire at 650
degrees followed by 15 minutes of both fire and
water spray.
Category Z Test: The cable is exposed to fire and
mechanical shock, with a flame temperature of 950
degrees and mechanical shock for 15 minutes.
